Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata 2010: 94 Points
The 2010 Barolo Rocche dell’Annunziata is a very nice surprise with some sweet almond (just a touch) next to traditional aromas. It is very satisfying, with pretty, dusty tannins, and showing big intensity. This is a real treat with some youthful sourness that needs to blow off with time. It is dusty, etched and showing very linear finesses.

Barolo 2010: 92 Points
The 2010 Barolo is a beautiful wine with a tight and tonic quality that comes forward in distinct pulses of cassis, wild berry, toasted almond and black licorice. No one element is out of place. Bright acidity and finely-tuned tannins give the wine a clean, direct entry in the mouth with the good possibility of a slow and steady aging evolution.

BAROLO 2008: 95 points – Wine Spectator “SPECTATOR SELECTION”
This is really singing today, packed with licorice, leather, cherry, tobacco and menthol aromas and flavors. The tannins are rounding out, and though not a powerhouse, this still shows persistence and an aftertaste of spice and licorice. Approachable now, but should evolve even more with time. Drink now through 2028.

BAROLO 2009: 90 points
A pretty red, offering floral, berry and spice aromas and a supple texture. The fine tannins mesh with the fruit and structure, while licorice and leather accents emerge on the lingering finish. Best from 2016 through 2024.

Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata 2014  92 points
This estate owns 3.4ha in Rocche dell'Annunziata, a top La Morra site, vinifying and ageing the wine traditionally. The discreet but elegant raspberry nose shows an appealing purity of fruit, while the attack is fresh and understated, with no rough edges and an attractive, seamless texture. There follows plenty of lift and spice, and this shows the finesse you'd hope for from La Morra. Long. Drinking window 2019-2032.
[T]his small winery, originally founded in 1943, is turning out classic Barolos of elegance, restraint, and Nebbiolo purity.   -- Kerin O'Keefe, Barolo and Barbaresco: The King and Queen of Italian Wine
